Payments are structured in stages and outlined clearly in your contract. An initial payment is due upon acceptance, with remaining payments divided based on the size of the project. Each payment aligns with completed milestones, and the final payment is made after a walkthrough to ensure you’re 100% satisfied. Originally quoted price in the contract will never change unless homeowners request additional work. Pricing will be discussed and we will only move forward with the changes once accepted.
